Ka’uuk Everyone I am so excited to share with you the launch of my course: Heart Flow!
Each week we will discover new parts of our Authentic Self so we can channel our Authentic Truths because we are WORTH it and DESERVING of whole light energy.
Each weeks sessions begin with a Sound Bath to gently remove any static or debris (what no longer served you) from your auric field using my lyre harp and my tuning fork. This will also prepare you for the lesson as it will be more absorbable. Without this cleansing it’s like we are applying lotion onto dirty skin.
This is followed by an oracle reading to set the tone for class, with ease we can utilize the lesson and wisdom from the selected card and carry this portal wisdom with us throughout our week. A 1min meditation with nature is next allowing time and space for you to settle in.
After that we get right into the lesson for the week, remember to have your environment set up and ready to learn, so healthy beverage, something to snack on and pens and journals or whatever you take notes on.
After the lesson I invite you to Deep Stretch with me and I close the session with a little reiki.
