What is ee’lohaw?
Ee’lohaw (Whole Person Care)
Provides aid, support and comfort to the whole person and their healthy-style (personal and social life choices, behaviours and patterns).
To care when giving ee’lohaw means to have interest in another persons healing that goes beyond the transaction or exchange of currency. To care means to take on the role as a supportive & informative friend to those who are learning how to heal and care for themselves.

Healthy vs Trendy
Healthy versus Trendy
There is a lot of health information circling around "out there" from social media, vegan friends, news and t.v- many of us have become our own personal health subscribers.
At the risk of sounding cliche, I saw a post on instagram pointing out
HEALTHY SELF when broken down into 3 can be broken down into HEAL THY SELF.

My Journey to Wholeness (ee’lohaw)
My journey with ee’lohaw (whole person care & wellness) and how it’s transformed by my life.
How did your business get started?
I created Fabu Phit after surviving domestic violence and child abuse. I realized after university and becoming a mother, grant writer and entrepreneur that healing was needed in our society. I looked around and there were not many places set up for women/men to rest, recover & heal.

Bamboo Bookshelf Shared Author Platform (The Shelf)
New author? It can get pricey eh? With very little payback. And really complicated especially when you are already strapped for time with very little payback…… well I’ve got a new online bookshop coming out soon and I want to offer new authors an opportunity to shine. -
The Nature of Bamboo (Zhúzi)
“Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked, while the bamboo or willow survives by bending with the wind.”
Bruce Lee
I deeply considered what these lyrics meant because I had gone through so much in the past year and it taught me to be flexible… like bamboo and also like water.
